How It Works

Assess: where is each role right now

We evaluate each team's current AI skills, comfort level, and daily workflows before designing a single training module. The gap between where a team is and where they need to be determines what we teach, not a standard curriculum. This assessment takes a day and makes the training three times more effective.
01

Build the champion network

We identify and train AI champions inside each team. Early adopters who help colleagues, share what is working, answer questions in Slack, and keep the energy alive after we are gone. This is the mechanism that makes adoption sustainable. Without it, training decays within 30 days.

02

Train: hands-on with your real work

Workshops use your actual business scenarios, your actual tools, and your actual data. Every participant practices with the work they do every day, not hypothetical examples. They leave knowing what they will do differently on Monday, not with a 40-page takeaway document.
04

Review and expand quarterly

AI tools evolve fast. A quarterly review session updates the training for new capabilities, identifies which teams need additional support, and expands use cases as confidence grows. Adoption is not a one-time event. It is a program that runs alongside your business.

Buying tools is not an AI strategy. Getting your team to use them is.

The pattern is consistent. A company invests in AI tools. Leadership is excited. A few people explore them. Most people keep doing what they were doing before. Six months later the ROI question comes up and nobody has a good answer.

The failure point is almost never the technology. It is the gap between deploying a tool and actually changing how a team works.

Why generic training does not work

A two-hour overview of AI tools gives everyone a vocabulary and changes nobody's workflow. Role-specific, hands-on training where people practice with their own processes is what shifts behavior.

When a marketer uses AI to draft a campaign they are already working on, and sees it take twenty minutes instead of four hours, they adopt it immediately and permanently. The same exercise with a hypothetical example does not have the same effect.

What 80% active usage within 90 days looks like

It looks like your team pulling up AI tools without being reminded. Sharing prompts with each other. Asking for new use cases in team meetings. Competitors using the same tools as your team but with much lower adoption rates. That gap compounds over time.

Companies with structured AI training programs see three times higher adoption than those that deploy tools and hope for the best. We build the structure.
